For the Scissor Sisters’ much anticipated release of their third album “Night Work”, an Album Launch and Tour Campaign solution was authored to cement commercial interest in the UK and reach a young new audience in the US. All the while, maintaining integrity to the band’s well established international fan base.

The campaign took inspiration from photographer Robert Maplethorpe. As Art Direction and Multimedia Producer I contributed to final album/single artwork, oversaw website design and development, social integration, fan-based marketing strategies (video teases, album cover/remix/video contests) along with viral campaigns (Rentboy.com profile) seeing the band effectively triple newsletter fan registration and participation across each social networking platform Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

Frequent updates to the site promoted album/single sales, music video premiers and merchandise releases prompting continued fan engagement and increased purchases on the official site.
